TENAGA CAR PARKS (PVT) LTD. (TCP) was incorporated in Sri Lanka, specifically to provide Parking and Traffic Industry services. To do so, we have brought with us the experience and expertise gathered over 20 years of operations in Malaysia and Sri Lanka and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be responsible for all aspects of HR management and policy and fill set up the human resource strategy to comply with the company strategy and provide suggestion and data collection for key decision-making. He/ She should have more than 3 years work experience with a good knowledge of the English language. Experience in the training of staff would be added advantage.
