Head of Sales
You will be responsible for bringing the entire sales function and its senior managers under the vantage point of a single leadership. You will train and lead a large team of men into the battlefield? and be an expert of the market place and channel development to ensure that the company achieves a steady sales growth across the diverse port folio of .products. Your primary objective will focus on delivering company-wide sales and profitability targets across segments.
You should have at least 10 years experience in sales, and with 5 years of senior or national sales management experience and be under 40 years of age. Experience in Lubricants and Tyres together with fluency in all 3 languages will be an added advantage.
