We are looking for a proven leader to provide strategic direction to our senior team whilst achieving challenging business objectives.

Based at MAS Fabric Park, Thulhiriya, you will be responsible for overall performance of the business unit, achieving targets in sales, manufacturing and delivery, whilst enhancing customer satisfaction. You will guide and motivate a team of young, dynamic individuals towards excellence whilst ensuring effective relationships are maintained with customers, suppliers. Joint Venture partners and the local community. With your pulse on the trends in technology in fabric printing, you will be able to leverage innovations whilst being competitive in the market place.

Qualifications

• A Degree, MBA or a relevant professional qualification with a minimum 5 years in a senior management capacity

• A demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver results with very good
inter-personal/marketing skills
• Experience in apparel and/or fabric industry is advantageous
