We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented individual with an in-depth understanding of international best practices, hands on experience in running a retail branch network and an ability to instill a robust sales and service culture fairly rapidly.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years senior managerial experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Inspirational leadership qualities to bring out the best in people
