Manager – Operations (with a Finance Background)

Role
The Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the finance / accounts function, handle day-to-day general administration and liaise with external bodies in relation to these responsibilities. Working with the management team, the responsibilities will include development and implementation of short and long-term organisational plans, strategies, so as to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge and experience in financial management and operations management as well as adopting best practices for organisational effectiveness are essential. Also, strong leadership skills, communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and awareness of tax / regulatory compliance are a must.

• The candidate should have a Degree and / or a professional qualification in Finance / Management with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
