Our Bank is seeking self-motivated, hardworking and dynamic personnel to join our Security Division.

Job Profile

The selected applicant will;

• Be responsible for the security function of the Bank, which will cover the island wide branch network

• Be required to train, develop and prepare contracted security staff

• Review and implement the security plans to ensure that adequate security is provided for the Bank Staff and the establishment

• Optimize the overall efficiency of the security staff of professional agencies providing security coverage to the respective work locations of the Bank

• Be willing to work long hours on shift basis

Applicant’s Profile

• Preferably under 35 years

• Minimum of 1 0 years service in the Armed Forces/Police

• Commissioned/ Gazetted officers of the Armed Forces/Police and not below the rank of Captain, Flight Lieutenant, Lieutenant in Navy & Inspector of Police

• A track record with adequate operations of an organization similar to the Bank will be an added advantage

• Be conversant with English and be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge on electronic security surveillance systems will be a distinct advantage
