Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd as a part of the Hemas Group, manufactures & markets a wide range of FMCG brands such as Baby Cheramy, Clogard, Velvet, Kumarika, Dandex, Prosport, Diva and many others. Our manufacturing facilities are ISO certified and we have a strong innovation setup closely networked with suppliers & R&D labs abroad. Management Information Systems are well developed & IT is used extensively throughout the company. Most of our Business Processes are run on SAP/R3.

Brand Manager
The Job
The position involves responsibility for the strategic management of assigned brand(s) and necessitates the conceptualization, compilation and execution of marketing plans to achieve market share, profitability and other brand health objectives.
The Person
- Candidates should have a professional qualification in Marketing (CIM-UK) and/or a degree from a recognized university in Sri Lanka or abroad.
- He/she should be between 25 – 32 years of age with a minimum of 4 years experience in brand management (preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or in a company providing marketing services (e.g. advertising).
- You should have excellent networking skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with all departments within the business.
- Good Analytical skills coupled with effective presentation skills are considered prerequisites for this role.
