The responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the Spare Parts Divisions of AMW automotive which has six franchises with multiple site facilities. In addition full financial planning, multi million stock turnover and necessary controls, systems & process implementation and customer satisfaction will be your core responsibilities.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will be a focused and self driven individual and a leader of people with the interpersonal and mentoring skills required to motivate, train and develop the team for the achievement of targets and goals. The candidate should be a strategic planner with the ability and skills to communicate with internal and external partners and posses experience having implemented industry recognized systems & processes.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary, performance based incentives, and other benefits associated with a senior position in the Automotive Industry and report directly to the Managing Director.
